In San Diego, what is the best outfit to wear in February?
If you wear long pants and a thin sweater in February, you should be fine. When it rains in the evenings and in case of a few rainy days, I highly recommend bringing a rain jacket.
Even though it is mostly sunny, have some indoor activities in mind for your itinerary in case it rains.
